In this newsletter, I’d like to cover these topics briefly: (1) What’s new at Tamarisk Business Advisors, (2) How we might help you, and (3) How you might help us.
What’s New at Tamarisk Business Advisors
The biggest news recently is that there is a new attorney in the family: me! I passed the bar exam and am now a licensed attorney. This will allow me to further assist our business owner clients who are considering their exit (selling or generational transfer).
As you can imagine, business owners have no shortage of legal issues involving contracts, subcontractors, employees, real estate, dispute resolution, governance, and more. I will be assisting clients with their legal issues through Tamarisk Legal Advisors PLLC.
Tamarisk Business Advisors LLC continues to help business owners with valuation, succession planning, and strategic planning. Tabetha and I are seeing increasing demand for our services, as many seasoned business owners want to spend more time traveling or with grandchildren.
The other brief update is that we’ve invested significantly in our marketing platforms and are ready to hit the gas pedal. We’ve been ready to punch it for some time. But we had to get set first. And now it’s time to GO!
How We Might Help You
We are actively looking for opportunities to bring fresh content to our client communities. This could be through written media like a blog post or newsletter article. Or it could be through a webinar for your existing and/or prospective clients.
We also recently launched a podcast titled, “Under the Tamarisk Tree.” I am very interested in having you as a guest on our podcast. This would be an opportunity to showcase your solutions to our community. We promote our podcast on our social media platforms and our newsletter that goes to over 2,000 double-opt-in subscribers.
How You Might Help Us
One of the best ways you can help us is by remaining part of our community, staying current on what we’re doing,

The ideal referral is a business owner who is starting to think about his or her exit but isn’t sure what steps to take next. We will come along side this business owner, give them the tools they need to create their succession plan, and give them the support they need to execute that plan.
