After our assessment, we will clarify your long-term and short-term strategic business goals, in conjunction with your leadership team. If no leadership team exists, we will lead the process of developing it. Next, we will work with your leadership team to execute the strategic plan to ensure that forward progress is made. Finally, we will facilitate an annual strategic planning retreat to ensure that your strategic plan remains current.
In addition, we will help guide you and other leaders on your team to clarify their personal goals. We take into account one’s family, significant relationships, career, health and finances.
Estate Planning
