Phil Harwood
Phil is a honors graduate of the Broad Management School at Michigan State University, with an Executive Masters in Business Administration degree. He is currently pursuing a Juris Doctor degree, expected to sit for the Michigan bar exam in 2025. He is a member of the American Bar Association, Michigan Bar Association, Grand Rapids Bar Association, Christian Legal Society, and Federalist Society.
Phil is a seasoned business advisor and entrepreneur. After retiring from a successful management career at 45, he has devoted himself to helping others. This passion has led to a series of successful startups and acquisitions, including the founding of Tamarisk Business Advisors.
Tabetha Varwig
Tabetha has held several senior-level executive leadership roles during her extensive career, with a specialization in change management and organizational health. She has traveled extensively and worked in a number of industries.
Tabetha is a team-builder who thrives on challenges and overcoming obstacles. She is a unifier who is able to work collaboratively with diverse teams and across multiple time zones to accomplish team objectives. And she brings creative energy and ideation to the team, resulting in break-through strategies and tactics.
