Phil is a licensed attorney, specializing in business law. He is a member of the State Bar of Michigan, Grand Rapids Bar Association, Christian Legal Society, and West Michigan Exit Planning Association. Phil also holds an Executive MBA and BA in Marketing from Michigan State University.
Phil is on a mission to help business owners successfully exit their businesses and protect their legacy. This passion has led to a series of successful startups and acquisitions, including the founding of Tamarisk Business Advisors LLC and Tamarisk Legal Advisors PLLC.
