Phil Harwood

Phil graduated magna cum laude from law school with a Juris Doctor degree and was inducted into the National Order of Scribes by the American Society of Legal Writers. Phil is also an honors graduate of the Broad Management School at Michigan State University, with an Executive Masters in Business Administration degree. He is a member of the American Bar Association, Michigan Bar Association, Grand Rapids Bar Association, Christian Legal Society, and West Michigan Exit Planning Association. 

Phil is a seasoned business advisor and entrepreneur, on a mission to help business owners successfully exit their businesses and protect their legacy. This passion has led to a series of successful startups and acquisitions, including the founding of Tamarisk Business Advisors.

Tabetha Vetter

Tabetha is a Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA) accredited by the Exit Planning Institute, specializing in helping business owners navigate the complexities of exit planning and value acceleration. She is adept at creating tailored strategies that maximize business value, align with personal and financial goals, and ensure seamless transitions for owners and their teams. . 

Throughout her career, Tabetha has held senior executive leadership roles with a specialization in change management and organizational development. She has worked with business owners across diverse industries and regions, providing the expertise and clarity needed to address both the financial and emotional complexities of transition planning.

Known for her collaborative leadership style, Tabetha thrives in challenging environments, aligning multifaceted teams to overcome obstacles and achieve breakthrough results. Her innovative problem-solving and creative energy consistently deliver transformative strategies, making her a trusted partner for business owners seeking to build and realize value in their enterprises.

Bill Boomer

Bill is a Gallup Certified CliftonStrengths Coach with an additional certification for executive coaching from The Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio. He is also a Certified Facilitator and Trainer for the Prepare-Enrich Customized Inventory which focuses on finding and building on the strength and growth areas in a couple relationship. The goal; to bring out the best for them together for a vibrant future. 

Bill trained for certification at the GALLUP campus in Omaha, Nebraska in 2014 and became one of the first 100 people to complete the program as a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach. He has been involved in ongoing CliftonStrengths training and education for the past eight years and continues to train, coach, and encourage individuals and couples to find success first through building on their natural talents and strengths.  Discovering what is strong in them rather than what is wrong provides a positive motivation focus for growth and change.

Leslie Boomer

Leslie is a Gallup Certified CliftonStrengths Coach. Leslie also has an additional certification for executive coaching from The Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio.

The executive coaching program at CWRU was developed and delivered by a faculty team headed by Richard Boyatzis Ph.D.,a prominent researcher in emotional intelligence and intentional change. Change is a challenge at all stages of life but can be made easier with the coaching orientation that utilizes The Intentional Change Theory, grounded in Dr. Boyatzis’ unique approach for envisioning your best future and creating a path to bring it to life.
